I had an amazing stay where I found the hotel was very modern and the staff attentive. It was just a short walk to beautiful sites like Heroes' Square and the stunning Szechenyi Chain Bridge, making my city strolls unforgettable and convenient.

The bed was comfortable, but the shower water was inconsistent.

We were given an upgrade to a Family Guest Room for my son's birthday – that was a nice surprise that really made it special! ! The views from our room were impeccable, and we spent our mornings sipping coffee on the private balcony while feeling the city wake up around us.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

I was feeling pretty bad when I arrived because of a taxi scam, but the receptionist was super friendly and even helped me book a great driver and gave me a bar coupon to unwind. The hotel has a lovely garden for chilling out and a cozy patio with comfy seating. The only downside was the bathroom towel radiator didn’t shut off, making it a bit too warm, but overall, I’d recommend it for a nice stay! 😊

I adored the breakfast buffet—so many tasty options, including vegan delights and fresh pastries that got my day off to a fantastic start. Had a great time with friends! The hotel was close to St Stephen's Basilica and the State Opera House, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to our enjoyable stay. Spacious rooms made it very comfortable.

We did have an issue with room cleanliness at check-in. it was not quite up to the mark. The housekeeping improved after we reported it, but initial impressions matter.

The staff truly stood out. they were always friendly and attentive, eager to assist with anything needed. One aspect that could improve is the breakfast variety, which felt somewhat limited.

Had a three-night solo trip. The King Guest Room was comfortable, but breakfast organization needs serious attention. I enjoyed the ambiance but had trouble finding coffee near the food. Consider arriving earlier for a smoother experience. Cold bacon and missing muesli were disappointing.
